Refund policy

All Alphatone Audio products carry a 10 Year Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects due to abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use the product for its intended purpose. 

All manufacturing defects will be fixed free of charge. Any defects due to abuse or original manufacturers defect (i.e. a plug breaks) will be fixed for the cost of the parts.

Please keep a copy of your packing slip and/or electronic receipt. Proof of purchase will be required for service.
